Delphia Simmons serves as the Chief Impact and Learning Officer at COTS, focusing on fostering thriving families by addressing poverty and racial inequity. With extensive experience at COTS since 2009, roles have included Chief Strategy and Learning Officer and Director of the Passport to Self-Sufficiency program, aimed at supporting families transitioning from poverty. Delphia is also the Founder and Publisher of Thrive Detroit L3C, which promotes entrepreneurship among low-income residents.
