Yvette Duke

Yvette Duke has been in the Human Resources field since 2019, when they began working as a Human Resources Generalist and Human Resource Coordinator at COTSWORKS, INC. Prior to that, they were a Human Resource Labor Relations Intern at Greater Cleveland RTA in 2018. Yvette also held a Team Lead - Bank CSR role at PNC from 2012 to 2018, a Shift Team Lead, Negotiation Advocate role at Premair of Cleveland Hopkins Airport from 2007 to 2012, and a Customer Service Associate role at HMSHost from 2002 to 2007.

Yvette Duke attended Cuyahoga Community College from 2014 to 2017 and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Urban Studies/Affairs. Yvette then attended Cleveland State University from 2017 to 2019 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus in Human Resources/Public Policy/Managerial Economics. In February 2022, Duke obtained a Human Resources Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
