Kyle Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kyle started their career as a Sous Chef at Gregory's World Bistro in 2001 and worked there until 2002. From 2003 to 2005, Kyle worked as a Cost Analyst and Facilities Manager at Ron Williams Construction, Inc. Following that, they worked as a Personal Chef for a private family in 2005 and as a Culinary Consultant at Lake Charles Country Club in 2006. In the same year, they also joined Ron Williams Construction, Inc. as the Vice President and later transitioned to the role of Business Development Coordinator from 2012 to 2015. In 2009, Kyle became the Managing Partner at Tigerhorn Enterprises, LLC until 2019. Currently, they are employed at Cotton Logistics, where they initially joined in 2015 as a Gulf Coast Business Development Representative. Kyle has since been promoted to Senior Business Development Representative and currently holds the position of Director of Business Development.

Kyle Williams attended A.M. Barbe High School from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained a High School degree with a focus on General Studies. In 1998, they enrolled at McNeese State University for one year, studying Business Administration and Management, before moving on to Scottsdale Culinary Institute from 2000 to 2001. At the culinary institute, they earned an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services.
