Jon Devine

Jon Devine is a Senior Economist at Cotton Incorporated since June 2008, where responsibilities include developing and communicating cotton price direction outlooks for a global audience of industry participants. Prior to this role, Jon Devine served as a Research Assistant at the Department of Spatial Information Science and Engineering, conducting research that led to a published article, and at the Department of Resource Economics and Policy, where analysis of consumer and business perceptions of tourism also resulted in a publication. Jon Devine holds a Master of Science in Spatial Information Science and Engineering and a Master of Science in Resource Economics and Policy from the University of Maine, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
