Cottos Medical specialises in creating innovative solutions for the well-being and health of a diverse range of users, from seniors to children, as well as patients in rehabilitation, oncology, or psychiatry, across various healthcare and social care environments.

Our interactive bike, Cycléo, is a virtual tour simulator—and much more. With a rich catalog of applications and interactive games, it offers an engaging, non-pharmacological approach to support autonomy and reduce the risk of falls. Cycléo encourages gentle physical and cognitive activity that stimulates the body, heart, and mind in an enjoyable and motivating way.

Users can not only “escape” to mountains, seaside, or countryside settings but also explore a variety of games and activities specifically designed to boost motivation and sustained engagement. This broad selection of applications makes physical activity accessible and enjoyable, supporting regular practice and benefiting users’ overall well-being.

Cycléo is also part of clinical research efforts focused on managing motor disturbances in dual-task activities, the motivational aspects of virtual environments, and the sense of personal effectiveness in fall prevention. Additionally, a new version tailored to children is in development, making this therapeutic and immersive experience accessible to all ages.
