Kyle Norton

Kyle Norton is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as President of Cottrell Inc. since January 2024, Kyle is also a Co-Founder and Board Director at Materiall, which leverages advanced technology to provide superior options and insights to users. Previously, Kyle held multiple senior positions at VMI, including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Transformation Officer, from August 2019 to December 2023. In a strategic role at Kimberly-Clark, Kyle developed a global strategic plan for the Consumer and Professional business units in early 2019. Kyle’s earlier experience includes consulting as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company and serving as a Captain in the US Army, where leadership and decision-making skills were honed during deployments. Kyle holds an MBA in Finance and Management from The Wharton School and a BS in Management and Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
