Amanda Rand

Amanda Rand, MPS, has extensive experience in brand management and marketing within the cosmetics and fragrance industries. Currently serving as Senior Brand Manager for COVERGIRL US at Coty since October 2016, Amanda has held multiple roles at the company, including Brand Manager and Customer Marketing Manager. Prior to Coty, Amanda worked at Birchbox as an Associate Merchant for Hair and Fragrance and at The Doneger Group as an Associate Merchandising Strategist. Earlier in the career, Amanda held various positions in sales and marketing, including internships at Eva Franco, Coty Beauty, and Ann Taylor LOFT. Amanda holds a Master’s in Professional Studies in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management, as well as both an Associate and Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising Management, all from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
