Ashley Gatt is a National Education and Retail Excellence Leader with a notable history in the luxury cosmetics industry, focusing on retail-driven education and blended learning strategies. They began their career as a dancer with Queensland Ballet and Royal Caribbean Cruises before transitioning to The Estée Lauder Companies, where they held various roles, culminating in Business Development Manager for Victoria. Ashley continued to advance in their career at Coty, where they have served as Area Training Manager and currently holds the position of Senior Education & Retail Excellence Manager, LUXURY ANZ, facilitating increased sales performance and training strategy across luxury brands.
