Caroline Andreotti has a diverse work experience across various companies and industries. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Commercial Officer for Coty Prestige, a role they started in April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President for Global Travel Retail at Coty from September 2020 to May 2023.

In 2020, Caroline Andreotti worked for Philip Morris International as the Head of Consumer Experience, Marketing, and Digital Duty-Free, a position they held from May to September that year.

Caroline'sprofessional journey began with the Israel Defence Forces, where they served as an Army Officer from August 1985 to August 1988.

Caroline Andreotti pursued their education starting from 1988 to 1991 at the University of Geneva, where they obtained a 1/2 License in Chinese, German, and Political Science, focusing on foreign languages and political science. Following this, from 1995 to 1998, they attended the European University Geneva, completing their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a concentration in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. In 1998, they continued their education at the International University Geneva, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in International Marketing in 1999.
