Fred Fowler is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, primarily at Coty and Procter & Gamble. Currently serving as the Global Head of Finance Services at Coty since October 2016, Fred drives finance transformation and cost efficiency through process improvement and technological advancements. Previously, Fred held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Coty UK & Ireland's Consumer Beauty & Luxury Divisions, overseeing financial strategy and reporting for well-known brands. Fred also served as CFO for the Travel Retail channel at Coty Luxury, managing all financial operations. Prior experience includes various finance leadership roles at Procter & Gamble, where Fred was responsible for global finance management and strategic decision-making for prestige fragrance brands. Fred holds a BA in Classics from Durham University, along with additional education from Cheltenham College and INSEAD.
