Glen Ford

Glen Ford is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in engineering, architecture, and digital commerce. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Engineering & Architecture at Coty since December 2017, Glen oversees a diverse range of digital initiatives including e-commerce and digital infrastructure. Prior to this role, Glen led Coty's Direct to Consumer technology efforts and drove global digital ambitions. Glen's previous experience includes serving as CTO and Chief Architect at Beamly, where significant contributions were made to innovation and consumer technology, alongside roles in software architecture and engineering at Unibet, BBC R&D, SpinVox, and T-Mobile among others. Glen holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Southern Queensland.
