Grace Gui

Grace Gui currently serves as the Senior HR Director at Coty, starting in January 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Director of HR at Lane Crawford from October 2021 to September 2022, and Director of HR at Burberry from January 2013 to August 2021. Grace also held the position of HR Director at C&A China between January 2006 and January 2012 and worked as an HR Manager at Anheuser-Busch from March 2004 to January 2006. Educational qualifications include an EMBA from China Europe International Business School acquired between 2015 and 2017, an MBA in International Business from Maastricht School of Management completed from 2001 to 2003, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chinese as a Foreign Language from East China Normal University attained from 1992 to 1996.
