Hui T.

Hui T. currently serves as Compensation Director for North America at Coty, leading the compensation function in partnership with human resource and business leaders. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Compensation at MetLife, where Hui led the global compensation data and analytics team and redefined the global market compensation philosophy. At Prudential Financial, Hui was the Consulting Manager for Compensation, overseeing the international Market Intelligence team and designing competitive compensation plans. Early career experience includes roles at Linde, Capgemini, AstraZeneca, and Shell China, with responsibilities ranging from compensation analysis to performance management and external affairs. Hui holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and an MBA from Peking University, along with a Bachelor of Science in International Business.
