James Chads

James Chads is a managing director and executive producer with 20 years of management and production experience in traditional TV, print, and digital formats. They owned and operated Maguffin from 1998 to 2008, representing directors for various media projects, including music videos and documentaries, and worked with high-profile clients like Working Title Films and EMI Records. As a producer at Chainsaw Films and From The Basement, James contributed to significant projects, including multi-platform music series and high-profile collaborations with renowned artists. Most recently, they served as head of film at Spring Studios, overseeing international moving image production for major fashion and beauty brands, and currently holds the position of head of production at Coty.
