Jean Moe

Jean Moe is a General Manager at Coty Korea, leveraging extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing regional P&Ls across Asia. Previously, they held roles such as General Manager at Bausch & Lomb Korea and CEO at Daesang Corporation, demonstrating a strong capacity for executing complex turnarounds and building agile organizations. Jean serves as Co-Chair of the Precision Nutrition Association and as an Outside Director at A Twosome Place, while also founding Jean’s Lounge, a network dedicated to empowering women through mentoring and workshops. They are committed to developing future global leaders, particularly those navigating cross-border careers. Jean is currently pursuing education at Columbia Business School and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from George Mason University.
