Lidy Wesley

LIDY Wesley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and logistics. At Coty since October 2015, Wesley serves as EMEA Manufacturing and Logistics Operational Excellence Director, overseeing a plant of 1000 personnel across three value streams: fragrances, toiletries, and nails. Previous roles at Coty include Operational Excellence and Logistics Director and Manufacturing Capability Leader, with a strong focus on lean methodologies and project management. Notably, Wesley led the Lean House Program, achieving significant operational improvements, including a 250k€ saving through the Less Touch project in the warehouse. Prior experience includes roles at Mondelēz International, managing production lines and ensuring compliance in safety, quality, and efficiency, and at SKF Group, focusing on lean manufacturing processes. LIDY holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur in Industrial Systems Engineering from UTBM and has a strong foundational education in mathematics and physics.
