Luiza P. has over eight years of extensive experience in procurement, primarily within the cosmetics and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the Global Indirect Procurement Lead A&CP - POSM at Coty since February 2017, Luiza is responsible for strategic sourcing and collaborating with regional teams to enhance global procurement strategies. Previous roles at Coty include leadership positions in external manufacturing, raw materials, and commodities, where Luiza successfully implemented sourcing strategies, managed supplier relationships, and led sustainability initiatives.
