LYNN YAP

Lynn Yap is a Shopper Marketing Strategist and Luxury Retail Creative, currently serving as the Global Merchandising Director at Coty, a position held since 2019. With previous roles including Senior Retail Design Manager at Procter & Gamble and Head of Retail Design & Store Planning at Lagardere Services Asia Pacific, Lynn has built an extensive career in retail and merchandising. They are also the author of "How to Ace a C" and hold an M.B.A. from The University of Birmingham. Additionally, Lynn is pursuing a Registered Yoga Teacher certification while drawing on their credentials as a Master NLP Practitioner and Certified Yoga Teacher specializing in Sound Therapy and Meditation.
