Michael Greest

Michael Greest is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in client services and technical support. Currently serving as IT Senior Director, Global Enterprise Client Services at Coty since December 2008, Michael has held various leadership roles including Director of European Client Services and Director of Western Europe IT Client Services, focusing on enhancing customer service and team collaboration across multiple countries. Prior to Coty, Michael co-founded Textrum Limited, providing timely publications for the academic community, and worked as Technical Design Authority at Getronics, supporting Group 4 Securicor’s IT estate. Michael began a 12-year tenure with Group 4 Securicor in 1992, holding roles such as Head of Technical Support, where responsibilities included managing a substantial budget and overseeing IT support for over 800 users. Michael holds a degree in Applied Physics & Micro Electronics from Northumbria University.
