Quesler Payoute

Quesler Payoute is an experienced manager with a strong background in warehouse operations and manufacturing, currently serving as the Distribution Center/Warehouse Operations Manager at Firestone Building Products since August 2016. Previously, Quesler held various roles at Coty, including Shift Manager for Bulk Compounding, Prestige Value Stream Manager, and Materials Supervisor, where responsibilities encompassed ensuring quality production, enforcing safety regulations, and managing material supply for production lines. With prior experience as Project Supervisor at Alutiiq, Operations Manager at Penske Logistics, and Operations Supervisor at NFI Integrated Logistics, Quesler has demonstrated a consistent ability to lead operations in diverse environments. Quesler also served in the US Army, achieving the rank of Sergeant and gaining experience in logistics and environmental compliance. Quesler holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clemson University.
