Rita Harb

Rita Harb is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and marketing across various categories. Currently serving as a Regional Brand Manager for Luxury Brands at Coty since May 2017, Rita manages operations for Gucci Beauty and Chloe, overseeing distributor activities in 11 markets and direct retail in the UAE. Previous roles at Coty include Regional Trade Marketing Manager, Regional Junior Trade Marketing Manager, and Junior Brand Manager, focusing on color cosmetics and body care. Rita's earlier experience at The Clorox Company involved roles as Assistant Brand Manager and Marketing and Supply Chain Executive, as well as a marketing internship. Rita earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the American University of Beirut and Suliman S. Olayan School of Business, respectively, following a high school diploma with a concentration in Sociology and Economics. Additionally, Rita volunteered at the Children's Cancer Center of Lebanon, providing support and mentorship to young patients.
