Robert Weis

Robert Weis currently serves as the Vice President of Digital Technology at Coty, a position held since 2022. Previously, Weis was the Vice President of eCommerce, Digital, and Supply Chain Systems at Michael Kors from 2013 to 2020, overseeing global technology strategies in those areas for the luxury fashion retailer. Weis founded CXT Solutions, LLC, and acted as Senior Director, delivering IT consulting services focused on eCommerce and order management systems between 2008 and 2013. Additional roles include Vice President at Aegis LTD, where responsibilities encompassed developing outsourced eCommerce solutions, and various leadership positions at InterWorld Holdings LLC and InterWorld Corporation, managing client services and complex eCommerce implementations. Robert Weis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairfield University.
