Ryan Pleva

Ryan Pleva is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the beauty and fragrance industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of US Marketing for Orveda, Ryan previously held the position of Global Executive Director for Go to Market at La Mer within The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. Earlier roles included Regional Brand Manager for both Japanese Skincare Brands and Dolce & Gabbana Fragrances at Shiseido, as well as Global Group Marketing Manager for Dolce & Gabbana Fragrances. Ryan’s career began at L'Oréal, progressing through various roles focused on Giorgio Armani Fragrances. Educational accomplishments include an MBA with a Luxury Strategy Track from HEC Paris, as well as studies in Vietnamese Culture and Economic Development at Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
