Scarlett Chan is an inspirational leader in the beauty industry, specializing in brand general management within prestige and consumer beauty sectors. They held various roles at L'Oréal from 2018 to 2020, including Retail & Marketing Manager and Marketing Director for the Consumer Product Division. Prior to this, Scarlett worked at Shiseido as a Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2013 and at Coty as Marketing Director for Hong Kong & Taiwan from 2021 to 2025. Their career began at Procter & Gamble as a Senior Brand Manager for Olay from 2007 to 2011, and they also gained experience as a Management Trainee at Cathay Dragon from 2005 to 2007.
