Siera L. is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in CRM and eCommerce management within the luxury sector. Currently serving as Assistant CRM Manager at Coty since September 2021, Siera has successfully overseen online and offline CRM initiatives for Burberry and Chloe, achieving significant growth in membership and purchasing. Prior roles include Assistant Ecommerce TM Manager at Coty, Trade Marketing Supervisor at Parfums Christian Dior, and Business Development Assistant for luxury brands at Sasseur REIT. Siera’s early career featured a position as a leather goods specialist at Fendi and leadership roles in organizing cultural events at Auburn University, where Siera obtained dual master's degrees in Fashion Marketing Management and Polymer and Fiber Engineering, both with full scholarships.
