Simon le Bris

Simon Le Bris is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Engineering & Infrastructure Director at Coty since November 2023. Prior to this role, Simon was the Regional Engineering Manager at Arrow Electronics, leading demand creation activities in northern France and managing a Field Application Engineer team. As Program Manager at Aptiv, Simon oversaw a complex High Voltage connector program, ensuring targets related to timing, quality, costs, and customer satisfaction were met. Earlier positions include Engineering Manager and Systems Engineer at Marquardt Group, where Simon directed system engineering and mechanical design activities. Simon began their career at Groupe PSA, taking on various roles including Multiplexed Faceplate RFQ Responsible and Development Leader. Simon holds a Diplôme universitaire de technologie in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from IUT Ville d'Avray, earned from 2001 to 2003.
