Tendai M. is currently a Global Initiatives Leader at Coty, bringing extensive experience in project management, lean principles, and packaging development across FMCG sectors including cosmetics and luxury packaging. They have previously held positions ranging from Site Initiative Lead to Packaging Technologist at Coty, and have been involved in lean manufacturing at The London Fancy Box Co. Ltd. Tendai's career began as a Mechanical Engineer at Proplastics and included a role as Regional Assistant Factory Engineer at Nestle S.A. They hold an MSc from The University of Birmingham and an Honours degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
