Tom Arnott

Tom Arnott is currently the Quality Director at Coty, where they apply over 12 years of extensive cross-industry experience in operations and quality management. Previously, Tom held various positions at Givaudan, including Regional Head of Quality Assurance and Quality Manager, where they drove continuous improvement and ensured operational excellence. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as a Product Supply Manager and Supply Planner at Brakes. They are trained as a Six Sigma Black Belt and are motivated by a desire to innovate and enhance processes across all organizational levels.
