Veronica R. is a Global Senior Retail Design & Visual Merchandising Manager with extensive experience in the retail and merchandising sectors. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design from the University of the Philippines and have previously worked as an Industrial Designer at the Design Center of the Philippines and as a Designer at Topchoice / Multiple Choice Philippines, Inc. Currently, at Coty, they set the global vision for retail excellence and oversee various merchandising activities globally, fostering collaboration and innovation. Veronica has also held significant positions at L'Oréal, managing visual merchandising strategies and retail design within their Luxury Division.
