Yan Wang

Yan Wang currently serves as the Face Innovation Team Lead and Senior Principal Scientist at Coty, leading a team focused on consumer and luxury beauty innovation. With expertise in color cosmetics formulation and extensive experience in product development, Yan has previously held significant roles at Eastman Chemical Company, contributing to the commercialization of TREVA thermoplastic, and at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where research included hydrophilic silicones. Yan has a strong educational background with a PhD in Polymer Science and Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and dual master's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Material Science from Yale University and Tsinghua University, respectively.
