Previously, Tom held the position of Health and Safety Director at Cemex - Mid South Division since August 2012 and was the Division Manager of Aggregates at Ready Mix USA prior to its acquisition by Cemex. Tom's early career included a role as Area Manager at The Rasmussen Group, overseeing both mainline concrete paving and concrete rehabilitation divisions. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University, earned between 1980 and 1985.
