Fred Rabelo is the Co-Founder and CEO of Ti.Saúde, a startup acquired by DPSP in 2021, where Fred oversees strategy, funding, investor relations, team building, product research, and company growth. In addition to this role, Fred Rabelo serves as the Area Director for Ti.Saúde at Grupo DPSP and is an Ambassador for Couchbase. Rabelo is a member of the Board of Advisors for the Columbia Alumni Association of Brazil and an Entrepreneur at Endeavor Brasil since 2021. Previous experience includes consulting at Deloitte Brasil in Enterprise Risk Services and Technology Strategy, research internships at FX Palo Alto Laboratory and Columbia University focused on robotics, and technical leadership at NUTES/UFPE. Fred Rabelo holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco, a Master of Science from Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Universidade Federal de Pernambuco.
