Isheeta Lad

Isheeta Lad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, communications, and social media strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Couchbase since May 2021, Isheeta oversees new company initiatives and product launches while managing multiple programs and engaging with various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Isheeta held positions at Cloudera, DataStax, Hortonworks, Ruckus Wireless, and Thomson Reuters, where responsibilities included developing communication strategies, managing social media campaigns, and producing market analysis. Isheeta holds an MBA in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University and a BSc in Business Marketing from the University of Bradford.
