Kristina Arabo

Kristina Arabo currently holds the position of Director of Global Customer Engagement at Couchbase, a role commenced in May 2024. Prior to this, Kristina served as Director of Global Sales Development at Yugabyte from April 2022 to May 2024, where YugabyteDB is recognized as a cloud native database for critical transactional applications. Kristina's career includes significant contributions at H2O.ai from October 2017 to April 2022, where Kristina was the Head of Global Sales Programs and Strategy, enhancing the reach of the leading Generative AI and Machine Learning platform. Earlier experience includes leadership in sales development and operations, as well as marketing and sales roles at Moroccanoil from 2015 to 2018. Kristina Arabo earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
