Patrick Taylor is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Area Vice President for Northern Europe at Couchbase since February 2019, Patrick oversees sales strategies for a flexible cloud database platform aimed at enhancing modern application experiences. Prior to Couchbase, Patrick held the position of Director for UK Enterprise Sales at Veritas Technologies LLC, where responsibilities included managing sales teams across the UK and Ireland during a significant corporate transition. Earlier in the career, Patrick served as a Senior Sales Manager at Symantec, managing a large sales team and generating substantial revenue, followed by roles at SAS Software and Gentia Software. Patrick holds a BA Hons in Management from Bournemouth University, completed between 1990 and 1995.
