Rob Murphy

Rob Murphy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution engineering and customer success across various technology firms. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Solution Engineering and Customer Success for the Americas at Couchbase since February 2023, Murphy has held significant roles, including Senior Director of Customer Success at Yugabyte and Director of Professional Services at Micro Focus. Previous leadership positions include VP of Global Presales at both Mirantis and DataStax, as well as roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Northrop Grumman, EDS, IBM Global Services, and Hummingbird. Murphy holds a Master’s Degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Brenau University.
