Joe Eazor brings a wealth of experience in executive leadership and board governance, currently serving on the Board of Directors at Discover Financial Services since January 2016, alongside various leadership roles including Chairperson at Counsel Press Inc., Chairperson at E Source, Operating Partner at Align Capital Partners, and Chairperson and Principal Investor at Denison Consulting. Eazor holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
