As a community-minded organisation, we sincerely believe that emotional healing and personal growth are within your reach.

We take a holistic approach on mental well-being and offer individual counselling, preventive workshops, EAP programs, advocacy on mental health through media, research on mental health in Myanmar, consultancy and development programs.
