Taylor Vick began their career in 2009 as a Facilities Management Specialist at Target. In 2011, they joined Siemens as a System Specialist, where they were factory trained in the startup and commissioning of specialized control systems for labs and critical environments. In 2014, they transferred to the Pacific Northwest region and became a Senior Remote Support Specialist in the Siemens Digital Service Center. In this role, they worked with customers across the country to remotely diagnose and troubleshoot automation issues and complete system-wide PM tasks. Taylor also promoted Siemens digitalization efforts for IoT, Smart Infrastructure, CloudFIMs, Advantage Navigator, and Mindsphere. In 2022, Taylor Vick founded and became the CEO of Counterbalance Software.
Taylor Vick has a Bachelor's of Science in Information Technology from WGU Washington, which they obtained in 2020. Taylor also holds an AAS in Architectural Building Technologies from Northwest Technical Institute, which they obtained in 2009. In addition, Taylor has obtained numerous certifications, including Learning Angular from Lynda.com in 2018, Cisco CCENT from Cisco in 2018, CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in 2017, CompTIA Security+ from CompTIA in 2016, CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in 2016, CompTIA Network+ from CompTIA in 2015, Apple Certified Associate from Apple in 2013, Microsoft Technology Associate from Microsoft in 2013, and Cisco CCNA from Cisco in 2018.
