We support individuals, organisations, schools and communities with our qualified therapists and clinical supervisors, offering high-quality, evidence-based therapy that fits around real life. Sessions start from £22, with flexible scheduling, online and in-person options, and practitioners experienced in supporting people navigating the everyday weight of being human.

Founded by a mother–daughter team, Counterpoise was built on the belief that therapy shouldn’t be difficult to access, confusing to navigate, or reserved only for crisis. It should be available when people need space to think, process, grow and make sense of their lives.

Beyond individual therapy, Counterpoise partners with schools, businesses and communities to deliver tailored wellbeing support, from counselling provision and supervision to workshops, group programmes and events designed to support the people who support others.
