Michael Gleeson is the Chief Executive Officer of counterTEN, a fan engagement and brand activation platform for live music and sports that delivers secure, mobile-first digital passes embedded in wallets. They transitioned from investor to operator in 2025, joining counterTEN as CEO. Prior to counterTEN, they founded and served as Managing Partner at FOVI Ventures (2021–2025), an early-stage investment firm. At GenMark Diagnostics, Gleeson led the U.S. commercial organization through IPO preparation, national expansion, and the early access launch of the ePlex system, overseeing $50M+ in annual revenue and contributing to a $1.8B acquisition by Roche. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College.
