Gavin Block has extensive experience in financial and operational management, having served as Division Director at Robert Half Management Resources from 2005 to 2010, and as Director of Client Services at Tatum LLC from 2010 to 2012. From 2014 to 2017, they held the role of Vice President & Market Leader at Accretive Solutions, and they are currently the Strategic Growth Lead at Countsy, where they support venture-backed startups with back office functions. Gavin also contributed to the Los Angeles Venture Association as a member from 2018 to 2019 and was involved with ProVisors. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Operational Engineering from the University of Michigan between 1991 and 1996.
