Dima Malyshenko has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2003, they started their career as a PHP Developer and later became a PHP Team Leader at Innovative Marketing Ukraine. From 2005 to 2008, Dima worked as a PHP Developer at HostedSwitch. In 2008, they co-founded and served as the CTO of I-Reklama, a platform that consolidated advert offers. Dima successfully managed the team and achieved significant revenue growth during their tenure. In 2015, Dima worked as a Senior Back-End Developer at Nestpick before joining AUTO1 Group in 2016. At AUTO1 Group, they held various roles, including Senior Back-End Developer, Software Development Team Lead, and ultimately Director of Engineering. Dima was responsible for managing multiple engineering teams, setting objectives, supporting delivery, and fostering an engineering culture. In 2019, they joined Entrepreneur First as an Entrepreneur and later founded their own venture, Sfeeda. At Sfeeda, Dima served as the Founder and Managing Director, offering an innovative SaaS platform for assessing technical skills of software development candidates. In 2020, Dima co-founded countX, where they currently hold the role of Co-Founder and CTO, overseeing technology and product development for their SaaS platform, which focuses on facilitating cross-border e-commerce for SMEs.

Dima Malyshenko obtained a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' from 1997 to 2003. In 2021-2022, Dima attended the Wharton Executive Education and completed the Chief Technology Officer Program. Additionally, Dima has obtained various certifications including Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development, Scaling a Business: How to Build a USD 1 Billion+ Unicorn, Business Analytics: From Data to Insights Online Certificate Program, Symfony 3.0 Certified Advanced Developer, Programming Mobile Applications for Android Handheld Systems, and An Introduction to Corporate Finance.
