Ben Coffman

Ben Coffman is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success and supply chain management, currently serving as the Senior Customer Value Director at Coupa Software since January 2012. In this role, Ben manages a portfolio of 35 Enterprise Supply Chain Design & Planning customers, holding over $12M in annual contract value, and acts as the primary post-sales contact. Previous positions at Coupa include Director of Customer Value Management, Senior Director of Customer Success, and Director of Coaching & Training, where Ben focused on enhancing customer experience and driving software renewals. Prior to Coupa, Ben held roles in sales and engineering across various organizations, including Acument Global Technologies and Procter & Gamble, and served as a Captain in the U.S. Army with responsibilities for the welfare and training of soldiers. Ben holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
