Jace

Jace Xu is a highly experienced professional in the field of technical solutions and account management, currently serving as a Technical Solution Manager and Customer Success Manager at Coupa Software since January 2017. Jace supports a diverse portfolio of customers by acting as a trusted advisor for Procure-to-Pay solutions and collaborates with various internal teams to ensure customer success. Prior to Coupa, Jace worked at TEKsystems as an End to End Global Tester, where responsibilities included reviewing design specifications and creating test plans. Jace’s career also includes significant roles at Microsoft from March 2008 to November 2015, including UAT Release Manager, UAT Release Lead, and Program Manager, where Jace led user acceptance testing initiatives and managed supply chain processes. Jace holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Nevada, Reno.
