Jon Mauro

Jon Mauro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer adoption management and technology solutions. Currently serving as Principal Customer Adoption Manager at Coupa Software since February 2019, Jon excels in fostering strong customer relationships and driving user adoption of Coupa's solutions through best practice assessments and tailored strategic roadmaps. Prior to Coupa, Jon held various roles at T. Rowe Price from July 2011 to October 2017, including Senior Solutions Consultant and Project Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities included budget forecasting, vendor management, and project performance monitoring. Jon's career also includes significant positions at AIG, Accenture, Verizon Data Services, IBM, and the U.S. Army, showcasing a robust background in project management, systems integration, and technology consulting. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of South Florida, along with a Missile Systems Electronics Certification from the U.S. Army Missile & Munitions Center.
