Michelle T.

Michelle T. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer value management and strategic sourcing. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Customer Value Management at Coupa Software since November 2019, Michelle previously held roles at Infosys BPM as S&P Practice Lead for the US, where responsibilities included designing and delivering sourcing solutions for Fortune 100 clients. Prior to that, Michelle worked at Aetna as a Sourcing Manager, leading category sourcing strategies for high-value spend, and at Fannie Mae as a Sr. Strategic Sourcing Specialist, where Michelle executed strategic sourcing projects that resulted in significant savings. Additional experience includes roles at Agentrics in consortium buying, Right Management Consultants in career transition services, and Daymon Worldwide in business development and private label product management. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and English from George Mason University's Costello College of Business.
