Plinio Cola possesses extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, beginning as a Chemical Engineering Intern at The Dow Chemical Company, where significant contributions were made to productivity during a maintenance shutdown. As Project Director at Prisma Jr. Consultoria, leadership was demonstrated in client negotiations and project management. In subsequent roles at Amaggi, Plinio excelled as Procurement Center of Excellence Manager, developing governance plans and KPI frameworks, and as a Senior Procurement Specialist, leading the implementation of an e-procurement system. At Tereos, Plinio successfully managed product categories, renegotiating contracts to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Currently serving as Customer Adoption Manager at Coupa Software, Plinio is advancing customer engagement strategies. Plinio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal da Bahia and is pursuing a Master of Applied Sciences in Logistics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
