Shane Lim

Shane Lim is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in information technology and security. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology Services at Coupa Software since September 2020, Shane is responsible for IT architecture, operations, and the growth of infrastructure and end-user services. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Symantec, where responsibilities spanned security operations and collaboration services, and at eBay, where significant contributions were made to infrastructure management and messaging services. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from San Jose State University.
