Shanice Ma is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting operations and leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Accounting Operations at Coupa Software since February 2022, Shanice has previously held significant positions such as Sr. Director, Head of Global Accounting Operations & BEAT at Spotify, and various roles including Controller and Revenue Director at Twitter. Shanice’s career also includes directorial positions in accounting at Alpha & Omega Semiconductor and Covad Communications, as well as serving as Corporate Controller at MeetChina Inc., and General Ledger Manager at 3Com. Shanice is an alumnus of San Jose State University.
